The Blumenhofer Tempesta 20 builds from the smaller Tempesta 17, offering even more performance in both HiFi and Home Cinema systems. With no distortion, overhang, or blurring of the edges, the Tempesta 20 packs a punch despite its modest size. Tones and colours are seamless, detailed, and faithful to the original recordings, making these speakers easy to drive with solid-state and valve electronics.

The Tempesta 20 is a top-of-the-line speaker of compact dimensions yet convincingly capable of both HiFi music reproduction and home cinema applications. The woofer is made of a new Paper P2F® Sandwich. Its characteristic of high lightness and stiffness allows it to perform brilliantly with no time-smear that plagues many loudspeakers without sounding thin or brash and offers even more sensitivity to pair these with low power amplification.
The compression driver is an improvement through a special in-house Blumenhofer treatment. This, combined with the wooden horn front and an improved internal bracing structure, are some of the secrets of Blumenhofer’s house sound: an extraordinary natural and clear reproduction across the band, unleashing the music’s performance in an unflappable manner.
